And while we discover and are made aware of hundreds of websites daily, we may not know of yours. That could mean your website isn’t getting the recognition it should for expressing a committed DEI content approach. Once we receive the submission, website owners receive a confirmation, along with a projected timeline of the research, review, and validation process. This will include the following phases:

• Initial Criteria for Validation Qualification

• Direct Content Review

• External Data Review

• Environmental Considerations

• Scoring and Weighting of Key Factors

• Team Review

• Validation

While there is no “normal” timing for the process, as every website is unique, the Web Equal teams will keep you updated on the progress of the validation throughout.
